Can I try the gowns before I book at Stalla Suites?

Yes. You can try 2 to 3 gowns from the display at Estella Bridal Boutique, in the same building, even before you book. The gowns are owned, ready-to-wear pieces, so the sizes available are the ones on display; plus-size gowns are available in limited designs and stock. Alterations are not included, so fit your gown 4 to 6 months before the event; any alteration is arranged by the client. You can upgrade your gown for ₱3,000 to ₱20,000 depending on the collection, or bring your own gown.

What photo and video coverage is included?

Maw Studio, the official photo and video partner of Stalla Suites, covers the whole event: preparation, the ceremony for weddings, and the reception program. You receive 100 to 150 edited photos, and the studio needs at least 4 months to complete everything included in the package. Raw files are not included, but you can request a copy from the studio by bringing a hard drive of at least 1TB. Email special shot requests to the studio at least 1 week before the event, and request a meeting with the team at least 1 week ahead. Client videos are on the Stalla Suites YouTube channel. If you prefer your own photo and video team, ask the events team how this changes your package.

Are the halls air-conditioned enough?

Both halls use 5-ton floor-mounted aircon units: 11 in Celestia Hall and 12 in Pandora Hall. All units are cleaned and maintained every month and turned on 1 hour before guests arrive, and aircon units have been purchased and replaced since August 2025.

How many coordinators will my event have?

Infinite Stars, Midnight Rose, Timeless, Starla and Twinkle & Toast include 2 on-the-day coordinators; Stars of Eternity, Stars of Forever, Enchanted and Luxe include 3. You are also assigned 1 account holder who assists you from preparation to the event day. Plan for 2 to 3 meetings, with the final meeting at least 1 month before the event and a final briefing 1 day to 1 week before. Your account holder drafts the program flow for you to review and adjust, and on the event day the Ops Manager handles any concern.

How fast does Stalla Suites reply, and can I meet the emcee?

The office is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and your account holder replies within 24 to 48 hours. The emcee in your package is a partner emcee assigned upon availability; you can meet the emcee once the final line-up is set, at least 1 to 2 weeks before the event. Requesting a specific emcee costs ₱4,500.

Are there hidden charges at Stalla Suites?

Package prices do not include 12% VAT, which is added to the total contract price. The other published extras are ₱1,500 per extra guest (₱1,650 on Stars of Forever and Luxe), +₱10,000 for a PM slot, the Pandora Hall upgrade (+₱15,000, or +₱25,000 on Midnight Rose) on packages that don't include it, venue extension at ₱5,000 per hour, ceremony set-up (kneeler, podium and candle stand) at ₱3,500, staff overtime at ₱175 per waiter or coordinator, ₱200 for the DJ and ₱1,500 for the emcee per hour, and an empty-hall photo shoot within your time slot at ₱5,000 for 30 minutes (₱7,500 with upgraded sounds and lights). Add-ons from accredited suppliers can have their own extension fees. Each package is quoted as one price, and every add-on comes with a price list.

Can I change my event date? Is the reservation refundable?

All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable. You can change your date, subject to availability, by submitting a formal letter with your preferred new date; confirmation takes 7 to 14 business days. At least 90 days before the event the change-date fee is ₱15,000. Less than 90 days before, it is ₱35,000 plus other associated fees and price adjustments, and 100% of the contract price becomes due. You can change your date up to 3 times within 2 years of the original event date.

What is the payment schedule at Stalla Suites?

A ₱35,000 reservation is paid on booking and contract signing, 100% of the total contract price is due 60 days before the event, and add-ons are paid in full 30 days before the event. 12% VAT is added to the total contract price.

What has Stalla Suites improved recently?

Aircon units are being purchased and replaced since August 2025, with monthly maintenance of all units. New LED walls were installed in Celestia Hall in May 2026 and in Pandora Hall in July 2026, and the aisle LED strip lights were replaced in September 2026. On-the-day coordinators had refresher training in February 2026, with another scheduled for October 2026, and a new supervisor process with pre-event huddles, floor patrols and post-event reports started in September 2026.
