Are there hidden charges at Stalla Suites?

Package prices do not include 12% VAT, which is added to the total contract price. The other published extras are ₱1,500 per extra guest (₱1,650 on Stars of Forever and Luxe), +₱10,000 for a PM slot, the Pandora Hall upgrade (+₱15,000, or +₱25,000 on Midnight Rose) on packages that don't include it, venue extension at ₱5,000 per hour, ceremony set-up (kneeler, podium and candle stand) at ₱3,500, staff overtime at ₱175 per waiter or coordinator, ₱200 for the DJ and ₱1,500 for the emcee per hour, and an empty-hall photo shoot within your time slot at ₱5,000 for 30 minutes (₱7,500 with upgraded sounds and lights). Add-ons from accredited suppliers can have their own extension fees. Each package is quoted as one price, and every add-on comes with a price list.

What is the payment schedule at Stalla Suites?

A ₱35,000 reservation is paid on booking and contract signing, 100% of the total contract price is due 60 days before the event, and add-ons are paid in full 30 days before the event. 12% VAT is added to the total contract price.

Can I change my event date? Is the reservation refundable?

All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable. You can change your date, subject to availability, by submitting a formal letter with your preferred new date; confirmation takes 7 to 14 business days. At least 90 days before the event the change-date fee is ₱15,000. Less than 90 days before, it is ₱35,000 plus other associated fees and price adjustments, and 100% of the contract price becomes due. You can change your date up to 3 times within 2 years of the original event date.

How much are the packages at Stalla Suites Events Place?

Nine all-in packages from ₱138,000 to ₱288,000. Weddings: Infinite Stars ₱138,000 (50 guests), Stars of Eternity ₱218,000 (100), Stars of Forever ₱288,000 (100). Debuts: Midnight Rose ₱168,000, Enchanted ₱218,000, Luxe ₱288,000 (all 100 guests). Birthdays & events: Starla ₱138,000 (50), Timeless ₱168,000 (100), Twinkle & Toast ₱138,000 (50).

What does "all-in" include?

Every package includes the venue, catering with complete set-up, cake, sounds system and a 12ft × 9ft LED wall, a photographer and videographer with a highlights video, an emcee with program and on-the-day coordinators. Wedding and debut packages add a gown from Stalla's owned collections, hair and make-up and a hotel night; debuts add 18 roses and candles.

How many guests can Stalla Suites accommodate?

Celestia Hall hosts up to 200 guests and Pandora Hall up to 300. Each hall has its own ceremony garden: Sol Amore (up to 50 guests theater-style) in Celestia and Asteria (up to 75) in Pandora.

Which hall should I choose?

Up to 200 guests fits Celestia Hall; 200–300 guests needs Pandora Hall. Several packages include either hall; the others can upgrade to Pandora Hall (+₱15,000 for Infinite Stars, Starla, Timeless and Twinkle & Toast; +₱25,000 for Midnight Rose).

What is the cheapest all-in package?

₱138,000 — Infinite Stars (wedding, 50 guests), Starla (kids' birthday, 50 guests) and Twinkle & Toast (intimate celebration, 50 guests).

How long is the venue rental?

Three hours of venue rental in most packages. Twinkle & Toast has the longest: five hours including ingress and egress, with a three-hour program.

Are AM or PM slots available?

Both. The AM slot is recommended; the PM slot adds ₱10,000.

How much is the reservation?

Any package can be reserved with ₱35,000 for events in 2026, 2027 and 2028. AM slots are recommended; a PM slot adds ₱10,000. The reservation and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable.

Can I invite more guests than the package covers?

Yes. Packages are based on 50 or 100 guests. Each extra guest is ₱1,500 on packages with 3 main courses and ₱1,650 on packages with 4 main courses (Stars of Forever and Luxe).

Is a hotel room included?

Wedding and debut packages include one night in a Bridal or Deluxe Room; Timeless includes a Deluxe Room night; Starla and Twinkle & Toast let you choose a Deluxe Room night or a photobooth. Enchanted and Luxe add a pre-debut room for six hours; Stars of Forever adds a prenup room for six hours.

Is a gown included?

Yes for weddings and debuts: a bridal or debutant gown from Stalla's owned collections (Practical, Classical or Royal, depending on the package). Luxe adds a second gown; Stars of Forever adds the groom's suit. Timeless includes the celebrant's gown or suit.

Do you host kids' parties, christenings, reunions and corporate events?

Yes. Starla is built for kids' birthdays, Twinkle & Toast for intimate celebrations such as christening receptions and anniversaries, Timeless for adult birthdays and milestones, and both halls are available for reunions and corporate events on a custom quote.

Where is Stalla Suites Events Place?

At 1008 Quezon Avenue, Paligsahan, Diliman, Quezon City 1103, Metro Manila — in front of Fisher Mall QC. The venue has two indoor garden halls: Celestia Hall (up to 200 guests) and Pandora Hall (up to 300 guests), and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What are Stalla Suites' opening hours?

Is there parking at Stalla Suites Events Place?

Yes — free on-site parking for about 45 cars (front of the building, ground floor and basement) plus separate motorcycle parking for about 30. When it is full, Fisher Mall QC in front of the venue is the overflow option.

Is the venue PWD and senior friendly?

Yes. The building and the halls have a ramp and an elevator for guests with disabilities and senior guests.

Can we bring our own caterer or suppliers?

Yes — Stalla Suites offers a venue-only option if you have your own caterer. Outside sound and lighting systems are not allowed. For other outside suppliers, ask the events team.
