What's Included in Stalla Suites All-In Packages — and What Costs Extra
Every all-in package at Stalla Suites Events Place, Quezon City includes the venue (3 hours; 5 on Twinkle & Toast), catering with complete set-up, cake, LED wall and sounds, photographer and videographer with a highlights video, emcee and on-the-day coordination; weddings and debuts add the gown, make-up and a hotel night. The published extras: ₱1,500 per extra guest (₱1,650 on Stars of Forever and Luxe), PM slot +₱10,000, Pandora Hall +₱15,000 (+₱25,000 on Midnight Rose) on packages that don't include it, a ₱35,000 non-refundable reservation and 12% VAT on the total contract price. Outside sound and lighting are not allowed.

- Venue — Celestia Hall, 3-hour rental (Twinkle & Toast: 5 hours including ingress and egress). Pandora Hall is included in Stars of Eternity, Stars of Forever, Enchanted and Luxe.
- Catering — rice, pasta, soup, vegetables, 3 or 4 main courses, unlimited iced tea, complete catering set-up and cake, gift and registration table.
- Cake — 2-tier, 3-tier or chandelier cake depending on the package.
- Sounds & LED — sounds system and a 12ft × 9ft LED wall.
- Photo & video — photographer, videographer and a 3–5 minute highlights video.
- Program — emcee and on-the-day coordinator with staff.

- Gown from Stalla's owned collections, and traditional make-up.
- One hotel night — see hotel room included.
- Weddings — flowers for the couple, entourage, sponsors and parents; bridesmaid dresses; souvenirs (50 or 100 pieces, upon availability).

- Own caterer — a venue-only option is available; ask the events team for a quotation.
- Sound and lighting — outside sound and lighting systems are not allowed; the in-house sounds and LED wall are included.
- Other suppliers (band, host, photobooth, styling) — ask the events team before you book.

Are there hidden charges at Stalla Suites?
Package prices do not include 12% VAT, which is added to the total contract price. The other published extras are ₱1,500 per extra guest (₱1,650 on Stars of Forever and Luxe), +₱10,000 for a PM slot, the Pandora Hall upgrade (+₱15,000, or +₱25,000 on Midnight Rose) on packages that don't include it, venue extension at ₱5,000 per hour, ceremony set-up (kneeler, podium and candle stand) at ₱3,500, staff overtime at ₱175 per waiter or coordinator, ₱200 for the DJ and ₱1,500 for the emcee per hour, and an empty-hall photo shoot within your time slot at ₱5,000 for 30 minutes (₱7,500 with upgraded sounds and lights). Add-ons from accredited suppliers can have their own extension fees. Each package is quoted as one price, and every add-on comes with a price list.
What does all-in include at Stalla Suites?

Can I invite more guests than the package covers?
Yes. Packages are based on 50 or 100 guests. Each extra guest is ₱1,500 on packages with 3 main courses and ₱1,650 on packages with 4 main courses (Stars of Forever and Luxe).
Can we bring our own caterer or suppliers?
Yes — Stalla Suites offers a venue-only option if you have your own caterer. Outside sound and lighting systems are not allowed. For other outside suppliers, ask the events team.
How much is the reservation?
Any package can be reserved with ₱35,000 for events in 2026, 2027 and 2028. AM slots are recommended; a PM slot adds ₱10,000. The reservation and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable.
