Is the kids' party venue air-conditioned?
Yes. Both halls are indoor and air-conditioned: Celestia Hall has 11 five-ton floor-mounted aircon units, maintained every month and turned on 1 hour before guests arrive.
Can we bring a mascot, magician or party host?
Ask the events team before you book. Outside sound and lighting suppliers are not allowed, and any other outside supplier is checked with the events team first. Starla already includes an emcee with a fun, lively program.
Is there parking at Stalla Suites Events Place?
Yes — free on-site parking for about 45 cars (front of the building, ground floor and basement) plus separate motorcycle parking for about 30. When it is full, Fisher Mall QC in front of the venue is the overflow option.
How much is the reservation?
Any package can be reserved with ₱35,000 for events in 2026, 2027 and 2028. AM slots are recommended; a PM slot adds ₱10,000. The reservation and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable.

At 1008 Quezon Avenue, Paligsahan, Diliman, Quezon City 1103, Metro Manila — in front of Fisher Mall QC. The venue has two indoor garden halls: Celestia Hall (up to 200 guests) and Pandora Hall (up to 300 guests), and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
