What a reunion booking can include

- Getting there — free parking for about 45 cars plus motorcycle parking; ramp and elevator for senior and PWD guests.
- Sounds & LED — 12ft × 9ft LED wall for photos and slideshows, pro speakers, wired and wireless microphones, sound technician.
- Coverage — photographer, videographer and a highlights video.
How pricing works
The event packages give the benchmark: ₱138,000 for 50 guests (Starla, Twinkle & Toast) and ₱168,000 for 100 guests (Timeless), each all-in; extra guests are ₱1,500 per head. Have your own caterer? Is there parking at Stalla Suites Events Place?
Yes — free on-site parking for about 45 cars (front of the building, ground floor and basement) plus separate motorcycle parking for about 30. When it is full, Fisher Mall QC in front of the venue is the overflow option.
Is the venue PWD and senior friendly?
Yes. The building and the halls have a ramp and an elevator for guests with disabilities and senior guests.
Can we bring our own caterer or suppliers?
Yes — Stalla Suites offers a venue-only option if you have your own caterer. Outside sound and lighting systems are not allowed. For other outside suppliers, ask the events team.
How much is the reservation?
Any package can be reserved with ₱35,000 for events in 2026, 2027 and 2028. AM slots are recommended; a PM slot adds ₱10,000. The reservation and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable.
